Belgian team at World Cup Sweden

Yesterday the next round from the world cup started with a long distance race in Halden (Norway). Tomorrow the next competition will take place: the mixed sprint relay (again in Norway). On saturday and sunday it's time for a sprint and middle distance race in Sweden. In total 170 men and 133 women (from 32 nations) are taking part in this event.

One of this 32 nations is Belgium. Jeremy Genar and Yannick Michiels will represent the national team during the sprint and middle distance races in Sweden. At the moment they are already training and preparing with the local Gmok-star Ken Peeters.

Yesterday Jeremy Genar had a good test race at DM sprint in Göteborg, by winning the race (in class Open Motion 5  - results) ahead of Peeters and Michiels.
